The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below when used throughout this Agreement:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any Service on jl222. This requirement is set in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. jl222 does not knowingly accept players under the age of 21. If jl222 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the minimum age, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
The Services are intended for use by residents of and players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering. jl222 does not provide legal advice on this matter. Players who access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Each natural person may hold only one jl222 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Where jl222 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Balances forfeited, and any withdrawals made from duplicate accounts may be reversed pending investigation.
Zero Tolerance: Creating multiple accounts to exploit jl222 promotions is classified as bonus fraud and is a criminal offence under applicable Philippine law. jl222 actively monitors for this behaviour and will report confirmed cases to relevant authorities where appropriate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl222 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jl222 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jl222 support immediately.
jl222 conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and age verification requirements. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other supporting documents at any time — including at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal, or if jl222 identifies unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting jl222 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method after any applicable KYC checks are completed. Bonus Balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited on account closure. Self-exclusion is also available as an alternative to full closure — see Section 11.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jl222 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts following reasonable notice to the registered email address. Any remaining Real Money Balance after the inactivity fee is applied will remain the Player's property and may be reclaimed by contacting support and completing re-verification.
jl222 accepts the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya and ₱200 via bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. jl222 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals — your payment provider may apply their own fees.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Processing times are typically 5 to 30 minutes after the withdrawal request is approved by jl222. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the processing schedules of the receiving financial institution. jl222 will not be responsible for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
Only a Real Money Balance may be withdrawn. Bonus Balances may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. jl222 may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Players who have an active self-exclusion in place are not eligible to make withdrawals during the exclusion period (the balance is preserved and accessible on the exclusion's expiry).
All transactions on jl222 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. jl222 is not responsible for currency conversion losses attributable to the Player's payment provider.
Anti-Money Laundering: jl222 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activity. Players may be required to provide additional documentation to support large deposits, unusual transaction patterns, or withdrawal requests that exceed standard KYC thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jl222 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. Where a specific bonus term conflicts with this general Agreement, the specific bonus term shall prevail in relation to that specific offer only. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms applicable to that promotion.
The jl222 Welcome Bonus (currently 100% matched deposit up to ₱5,000) is available to new players upon their first qualifying deposit. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the Welcome Bonus is ₱200.
Wagering requirements must be satisfied using real-money wagers on eligible game categories. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and slots may carry different contribution rates, which are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed with a Bonus Balance that are voided, cancelled, or reversed for any reason do not count toward wagering requirements.
The following are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; using strategies designed to achieve risk-free wagering of a bonus; exploiting software errors or undisclosed platform vulnerabilities to generate bonus credits; or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
jl222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already activated an offer will be permitted to complete its terms under the conditions that were in place at the time of activation, unless the modification is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
All digital games on jl222 operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. Audit certificates and the identity of the certifying third party are accessible within each game's information panel. The RNG cannot be influenced by the Platform, by the player, or by any third party.
Live dealer games use physical game elements — real decks of cards, real roulette wheels — managed by trained studio dealers. The outcome of every live dealer game is determined by these physical elements and is not subject to any digital manipulation. Payouts made in error as a result of software malfunction are not valid and jl222 reserves the right to recover any such erroneous amounts from the Player's account balance.
jl222 publishes the theoretical Return to Player percentage for all slot and digital casino games in the respective game's information panel. RTP is calculated over a very large number of game rounds and represents a long-term statistical average — it does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session. Past results have no influence on future outcomes on any certified RNG-based game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl222. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

Any unauthorised use of jl222's intellectual property may constitute an infringement and may be subject to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl222's aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of jl222's Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.
jl222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill arising from or connected with the use of the Platform. jl222 makes the Platform and all Services available on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Platform at all times.
Note: This limitation does not exclude liability for jl222's own fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by jl222's negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible through every account dashboard, including: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits; session duration reminders; temporary cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months; and permanent self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. jl222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of jl222 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 4.3.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it — including disputes about its existence, validity, termination, or the consequences of its nullity — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jl222, you are encouraged to first contact jl222's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable time. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the matter, as mutually agreed or as determined by applicable law.
